A wonderful well maintained victorian property lots of hreat original features. Fantastic service. Great breakfast 😋 an overall joy to have stayed on such a well run B&B . Thankyou tina for being so fantastic.

Posted 27 Jun 2024 on HotelsIn Scarborough for the cricket so stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our twin room had an en suite and the room was well provisioned with drink making equipment and supplies. The breakfasts were great and our host Tina was very attentive to all our needs. The hotel is a ten minute walk from town and five minutes from the south bay heights from where you can walk down through the greenery to the beach or town.
We visit Scarborough at least once a year and this will be our first choice going forwards

Tina was the best host. It was immaculate. Breakfast was superb. She couldn't do enough for you. Definitely recommend stopping here,we are going to for 😊

Excellent B&B
Posted 16 May 2024 on HotelsExcellent stay , The whole B&B was amazingly decorated throughout, spotless in all areas , room was of a good standard and great for my solo stay , felt safe and welcomed. Lounge area had large tv ( also smaller 1 in rooms ) with tea and coffee .
Dining room had a luxurious feel to it , breakfast was amazing , hot and cooked fresh , nothing was any trouble for Tina . Had my own front door key so could come and go when wanted to .
Just 5 mins walk from south bay , with great views out to sea , plus 15 mins walk into town centre .
This was great little find and a bargain price with a 4 star rating , would definitely return and recommend to family and friends .
The was no negatives to my stay .

Great holiday break
Posted 19 Nov 2023 on HotelsFrom the moment we arrived Tina the owner made us very welcome, she was friendly bubberley ensuring everything was ok, our room was very clean, extra bedding if required even a extra heater if you wanted it, breakfast was great arriving nice and hot, with a grest choice, no complaints, Tina was very compassionate after my wife tripped and broke a bone in her wrist when out and about, so will definitely making a return visit .
