Friendly Helpful Staff..... Clean and Tidy Rooms...... Everything You Need In The Room.... Comfortable Beds........ Very Good Central Location..... Nice And Quiet Hotel..... Can Highly Recommend This Hotel 👍👍👍👍

no idea what the hotel was like as check in closed at 8pm, didn't arrive until the last train, so couldn't get in

Room was dated & in need of good clean. Toilet was hard to flush, sink taps hardly ran water. Shower was ok. No proper handrails on the numerous stairs & no-one at reception at any time, room keys left in envelope on desk.

Fabulous stay!

The staff were lovely and friendly🙂💯 The room although basic was clean and tidy, there was nothing negative about our stay, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again..highly recommend!

The hotel is a bit tired looking particularly downstairs and in the corridors but the room and shower was very good. supplies of extra tea and coffee available in reception. No noise so easy to rest.
