Very helpful & polite staff, room was great size, spa & sauna was lovely & not busy or overcrowded

Don't like the idea of having to pay for the car park around the back at £10 per day

The hotel is in need of refurbishment as furniture is tired and in need of replacement. Some attention needs to be paid to the cleaning, especially in the breakfast area. Staff were lovely. Tv needbooster or socke5s checking ,could only get 2 channels

The staff at the hotel were superb - all of them. They made our stay wonderful. My husband is in a wheelchair and so things can be a bit difficult at times. It was clear that at breakfast they were busy, but they still stayed cheerful and helpful. The front desk ladies, so helpful and nice too. Thank you

This is a great property. We were let down by another hotel & booked this property at the last minute. Our check in was super efficient & the staff were a stand-out. From the reception staff to the guys who were running around looking after everyone at breakfast (after everyone descended on the breakfast area at once!). We would definitely recommend this hotel.
