My family and i spent Christmas week here and we liked the breakfast options and the opportunity to have lunch Christmas day, we also liked the pool area with the cabanas.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Clean, quiet family friendly
Staff was very professional and resourceful.
Shuttle service excellent.
Restaurant and bar conveniently located.
Any shopping trips approximately 15 mins away.

I checked in on Friday at 3pm and I made a reservation to have dinner at the skye restaurant for 8pm on Saturday night. On Saturday night I made my way up the the 6th floor where the restaurant is located for the staff to inform us that the restaurant is closed for a private event, this was not told to us when we made the reservation.

Handicap parking should be revised. One handicap spot which is the closest parking for a disabled person: to the hotel side entrance doubles as an electric car recharging station. The other handicap spot is used as parking for the hotel shuttle which leaves one spot- usually unavailable due to hotel staff parking in it. This is the only major inconvenience I’ve had on my two visits to the hotel and management should resolved this issue ASAP. Thank you.
