The property and the room itself are fine but the surrounding area is a bit old and not very clean, dirt roads.

Great property with pool, large rooms with kitchens and Mexican breakfast. It’s close to beach and main markets and restaurants.

Victor at check in was great. The hotel is clean enough, nothing truly remarkable, but good value. Yoga class is a nice touch. The restaurant only serves breakfast and there is no bar. Pool area is cute. My complaint is that I had communicated with the property via email that my Dad has physical disabilities. We shared a 2 bedroom. I was assured we would be on the ground floor. We were up two steep flights of slippery tile stairs and the s narrow twisting double staircase to get to the rooms. He was exhausted and in so much pain by the end of the trip. I told the person at check in. He didn’t acknowledge it in the least. The man at the front desk in our last night was very fidgety and aggregated. We asked him to reserve a taxi for Sunday and heavily groaned and sighed for several minutes. I finally told him he could just text me when he Couto a hold off then to confirm. He never did. Nor did he reserve a taxi. breakfast was mediocre. The server had 4 tables and was extremely overwhelmed. What appeared to be a manager leered over him but didn’t bother to jump in and help him. I would not return because of the service being an issue. The most concerning was failing to honor a request for a disabled person.

Great hotel. Very close to all the restaurants/ main area of sayulita. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
