The only issue was that the plug for the tub didn’t work but we made due

We were told I could not get clean sheets until I was there for 4 days after my son got sick the first night we were there from an asthma attack from the dust in the room. Then I was told the same thing about vacuuming the room after day 4. We were not allowed to eat in the breakfast area because the owner does not allow it. We are a family of 6 in the biggest room they have and still not enough room to eat a meal in there. I had to do laundry, I went to the desk to ask for quarters. She stated I do not have any, I replied well how am I able to do laundry, she replied I don’t know. If you look at the laundry room it states the front desk has laundry supplies. I thought They would have quarters. I had to walk across the street with 4 kids to get quarters! Overall this was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, I will never be staying here again.

We offer cleaning services after a 3 day stay and we have it posted plus it is on our registration you signed upon checking in as well as we let our guests verbally know at check in and all items are available for the rooms that you may need at the front desk. We apologize for the issue with the quarters we usually have them available.

To the nice gentleman who tidies up everything all day—— a HUGE thank you for your positive, great attitude during my stay. From the moment I first walked in to the day that I was leaving you were nothing but positive during my sadness burying my dad. I appreciate you even checking on me when I was having breakfast……your bartender, David? was extremely nice and funny putting a smile on my face for two nights. I appreciate these two people more than you will ever know! Give them a raise!!!

Very bad smelling. You can’t breath once you get in the room. Very basic breakfast. Nothing to do within 20 miles.
