"The property is stunningly beautiful. The staff are extremely friendly and non-intrusive. Bali is a hot climate and the air conditioning in the room worked well, the hot water for the shower did not work so well, there is no air conditioning in the lobby/restaurant area but there are a few cooling fans. The suites are good, although cleanliness has much to be desired...the turnover was done but garbage in the room was not cleared!!!
