"Hotel was overall pretty clean. Could’ve used one last quick vacuuming prior to our check in. Kitchen was great and made it easy to save money on eating out. Fridge was nice and cold and freezer made it easy to keep treats frozen. Microwave made it easy to warm up instant rice. I also emailed the hotel 1 month prior to check in as I wanted to have packages delivered there to be held for when I arrive and they graciously allowed me to do so. "Loved the area, was walking distance to station but it allowed for us to soak in the local views. Loved our stay here, was very small but we only needed the space to sleep etc. I recommend for a couple and if you are planning on jam packing your day to day activities! "

"like how close the property to the JR/subway line. Also, you will hear the train coming. but once the door/veranda doors are closed, its quiet. The space is a good size for a room in tokyo. 4 of us fit in the space quite comfortably! Also, the hosts are nice and approachable! will be back again!"

"Nice apartment. My only comment is that I think there could be better furniture. The bedside table was a small flimsy bookshelf. It worked but a proper night stand would have been better. "

"We stayed in the queen suite as a treat for our holiday and loved it. The room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The outside bath tub was a great luxury, even though the indoor bathroom was more than enough to treat us. The staff were helpful and pleasant. "Check in was a hassle coz there is no one to help. Self check in and took me half an hour to find my reservation. It kept saying I have no reservation. All communications are done through email. No actual person to ask if you have problems. When you call the number listed on the desk, it says the number is not in service."

"Calm neighborhood, with plenty of grocery around to shop and discover parks!"

"I like their customer service because they can respond to my messages immediately and solve my problems. The property's outside environment is quite and safe, and walkable to public transportation. Walk from the property to the market is about 10 mintues and 7-11, family mart, and Lawson."

"The property was nice. There are multiple elevators to get to your room from the street. During certain times there is a line to use these elevators. The large Godzilla was off limits. The breakfast was a little speedy for the area. There is no place to just relax and drink a cup of coffee or eat something you don’t buy at the hotel. "
