The staff were very accommodating and there were some lovely little touches like, complimentary gluwein, fruit, christmas chocolates, a free mini bar and a seemless very late check in. "Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and close to shops and restaurants, breakfast was also included in our stay. Despite being next to the station it was quiet and we were not disturbed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Reception was helpful and check in and out efficient as you would expect. Breakfast had options for any diet, I’m vegan and had no problems. We loved the location (short walk from Leipzig Hbf), on an S-Bahn stop (Augustus-Platz), across the street from the best Christmas Market in Germany (in my biased opinion!). "This is a nice hotel. I really appreciated that the swimming pool is open 24/7, but I was disappointed to find that the sauna is only available until 10 PM. Additionally, the swimming pool water was a bit cold. Our room was spacious, which was lovely. It was also very clean, and I really liked that. The receptionists and staff were extremely nice and polite, making our stay even more pleasant. "
