Very welcoming. Staff very helpful and friendly. Twin room small with limited storage but comfortable. Excellent breakfasts. We were there to visit Snape Maltings which was a short and easy drive away. Recommended and would stay there again.

No bin in bathroom towels too small and cheap , bedding cheap, outside area in poor state and bad marks on walls in room no food serverd in bar on a Monday eve not told on web sight so had to go out to find food would not have booked if known

Really handy comfortable accommodation near RSPB Minsmere. Staff were lovely and accommodating with an early take away breakfast. Thanks!!

Posted 30 May 2022 on HotelsMy dog and I had a lovely stay here and we were both made to feel very welcome. The staff are all very warm and friendly. The accommodation is quite basic but clean and comfortable with a comfortable bed and hot shower, everything you need. A very well cooked breakfast is also included in the price. I didn’t have dinner but the food looked very good and well presented. The outside of the venue and garden areas could do with some TLC and tidying up but I think the business is still a working progress. With a little more attention in this area they will have a winner. This was my second stay and I will no doubt book this venue again. Their best asset by far is their staff and this on its own is what draws you back and I would highly recommend this venue on this merit. It makes such a difference to be greeted with happy and engaging staff. Service with a smile goes such a long way and is so important in making you feel a valued customer. I hope this business continues to grow and thrive and I wish them all good luck for their future.
