The hotel receptionist were very helpful and efficient and sorted out our problem.
And would certainly recommend this hotel.
The meals in the restaurant were first class.

Hotel is in short distance from Centre of the city and Olavinlinna that was our main target To visit. Easy To access with car and free parking.
