"The reception closes at 7:00 pm. And then you have to walk to the restaurant to check in and then you have only until 10 pm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down. "

"The airconditioning system can only be set at 25degrees. The water washing / dryer can only used when we were out due to the noise from the machine that radiated within the whole room. So we cannot wah and dry during the night. ViP access comes with free parking. "

"Breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. The hotel is a terrific value for money! It is located a 7-8 minute walk from Zelivskeho metro station, which can then get you to Old Town within 10 minutes. The hotel's restaurant was also very reasonably priced - for dinner, we ordered 1 soup, 3 main courses, 2 drinks, and 2 desserts - all for around 1300 CZK (around 50 EUR)! Great stay!"

"This hotel is great!! We stayed in a junior suite, and had access to the absolutely wonderful Executive Lounge. Location is good, about 5 stops on the metro from the centre. If we had 1 negative, it would be the hot buffet at breakfast was not that hot. "

"It was good and very easy access to town using the metro or the tram, we were welcomed by Karel and he was very helpful, gave us a map and showed us places we could visit, he checked in with us when he could not hear us over our room phone. "From check-in to check-out, our stay was unexpectedly extraordinary and efficient. The location on the outskirts of Prague may seem to be out of the way but the 2-3 minute walk to the train station makes central Prague only a 15 minute ride away. "Pretty decent for the price. It’s a student dorm with a little kitchen, which was a nice thing to have. I arrived and there were about half a dozen spiders in the room, which was quite gross - hence the 3/5 stars for cleanliness. Basic budget hotel if you’re solely looking for a place to sleep. Transportation is fantastic. The tram is right outside so it’s easy to get to and from the core. A safe area too. "

"Overall i enjoyed my stay and would return. Has some great facilities and offferings at a great price. There is however a few thing that could be improved. "Liked the Sauna and how close it was to many tram stations so you can get about easily. 5-10 minute walk from Old Town. Plenty of places to eat right by the hotel and a lidl just round the corner of u need to make any quick easy purchases. Very quiet inside and the immediate area just outside despite being so close to everything. Overall my GF and I had a brilliant time"

"Fantastic hotel just off the beaten track. Great breakfast, comfortable bed. Great bar/ lobby area. What’s not to like? Restricted headroom - not easy for someone who is six foot. This should have been mentioned to us at check in "

"Very nice hotel in an excellent location that is perfect for seeing the old town square, the main sights, close to the Charles bridge etc. Loads of shopping and dining opportunities close by. The restaurant recommended by the hotel is nice for local cuisine and well priced. Breakfast at the hotel is lovely with a wide variety, while the rooms were spacious and clean. Our only issue was the lack of plug sockets available in the room as after a day of exploring, charging our devices is a top priority and was difficult to do. We stayed at another hotel for 3 nights of our trip and had to book an extra night elsewhere due to our flight being changed. We all agreed this hotel out of the two was way better and we wished we'd booked this one in the first place. The other one was nice but the location and size of the rooms made this one a much more enjoyable stay. Would recommend. "
