"I have just spent a month at the Ibis city centre Kyiv. The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. "Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It was very clean and generally well equipped. The bed was particularly comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. However, there was an issue with the water pressure and temperature around 8am one morning. I don’t know whether the system was overwhelmed by everyone showering at a similar time of the morning or if it was an isolated issue with the room. Other than that, an enjoyable stay and great value for money as most things in Ukraine seem to be!"
