I was attacked by a pit bull that the hotel let stay there knowing it was goi g after other people before it attacked me???

The room was nice and the bed was excellent. The tv remote did not work well and the bathroom could have been cleaner upon arrival. Other than that my stay was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Just stayed here on 11/16/2024 for a maximum of 3 hours and thats all we could handle. We called them and let them know we where going to be checking in around 230am because of traffic from traveling from PA, the lady said that was no problem and can check in whenever. We got there just before 4am and the lady was very rude to my wife saying she was just about to cancel our reservation and charge us anyway for the room even tho we called and where told we could check in whenever. Now to the grossness,loud and made us leave after 3 hours. Theres lovely curse words scratched into the elevator door, paint peeling off every hallway. We get to our room and the key doesnt open the door had to get the lovely front lady. She opens the door and the sprinkler head for the fire stysem is hanging down 1ft for the ceiling with a open hole around it. The bathroom sink is just leaking water nonstop, the toilet wobbles as soon as you sit or even look at it. The rooms are paper thin and there where so many people yelling at each other we didnt feel safe at all and left after 3 hours. The bedding smelled like grease. Worse stay we have ever had at a hotel. The reviews say it wonderful have to be paid for cause nothing is correct in any of those reviews. Dont not stay here stay far far away.

However, I could not control the temperature correctly. The thermostat on the wall did not work, and the control inside the AC unit did not work correctly. The faucet in the bathroom leaked all night long. The entry door locks did not function as they should. I had to put the card in and out of the slot to make it work, even after going to the desk and getting the cards replaced. The bed is too close to the air-conditioning unit. The breakfast meat, mystery meat, needs to be replaced with actual bacon or sausage.
