This was our fifth visit to this facility. What stands out is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They have always been top notch.

We had noisy neighbors but the facility was fine. No complaints. The staff was great!

Had to clean shower drain myself, full of other peoples hair. Other peoples items under the sink. Curtain so dirty I closed it and my eye was swollen for 12 hours from all the dust was suppose to get credit have yet to see it.

We have issued a credit back to Expedia and you should have gotten a credit back through them. Expedia virtual credit card paid for your stay which you paid Expedia. We issued the credit to Expedia. we hope you will continue to choose Marriott whenever you travel.

Had to call guest services for a hair dryer. Missing closet door. Curtains coming off rod. Thermostat very hard to reach for a short person. Dents in refrigerator. Afternoon/night staff not very nice.

While we did enjoy our short stay, we did smell weed both inside and outside the facility. Would nice not to have to be exposed to that, but I’m sure you can’t control that. Hated to check early due to the possibility of flooding and the possibility of loss of power and internet. Thanks to Lawanda, we had a heads-up and checked out early. WE’LL BE BACK! Hoping Expedia will refund the early checkout!!

Subpar. Highly disappointed with the condition of the room. Garbage for a Marriott, they should be ashamed.
