This is a terrible hotel. The room was dirty, there was a weird smell like tobbaco, I started to cough when I entered the room, I found a package of sopa behind the door so the clean service is horrible. I decided to cancel and they told me i need to do that with Expedia. They check me out, it was 11pm, I started to try to book other hotel but it was impossible, I assumed they are not allowed to rent rooms after 10pm(all of them were full). I had to comeback to this miserable hotel, despite they told me they couldn’t cancel my room, they told me that they check me out, so if I wanted to sleep there I need to pay for the room again as a walk in client which I did. I left early and I booked other hotel. Also, the fridge didn’t work. I paid for a king size and they gave me a double bed, they told me this is something I needed to fight with Expedia. But Expedia don’t have a solution, they charge me for the first night because I canceled, and Expedia didn’t guaranteed what I paid for(the king size bed) and also charge a disproportionately amount for this place that it is more like a bad and dreadful motel. Avoid this hotel! Believe me!

Lack of maintenance. Carpets were cleaned back in the 1800's. Don't even look under the bed.

There was a leak in the bathroom dripping in my head while I was sitting in the toilet bowl. Pancake machine was broken. Not many options besides toast and bagels for hot food. They should add some hard boiled eggs for some good protein option. Besides that excellent location and customer service.

It was expensive. Very old building and very old furniture. Dirty and smelly unsafe area. Very noisy. We slept with our clothes as the sheets were dirty. Terrible terrible experience!

The front desk staff is phenomenal. The Continental Breakfast is below average. We were there for three nights and no one ever came to clean our room, change our towels or empty the trash.

Older property. The room was clean, staff was friendly, but the outside is run down and the 2nd floor terrace was never cleaned. The trash was ovrflowing for 2 days and the tables weren't clean either.
