Specifically room carpet was filthy, large stains all over the rug needed to wear shoes for Pete’s sake.. Bed was ok otherwise cleanliness was ok Staff was friendly No excuse to not be able to take off your shoes and walk around in your socks

didn’t get room service at all the whole stay…. Pool Was closed everytime went tI breakfast they always was out of food…Talk to front desk the didn’t try to do snything
