The hotel is rather run down. Stains on carpets and bedding. Tv is covered in sticky finger prints and bathtub is stained. The room smells like stale cigarette smoke. It does look like some renovations are currently underway, so hopefully it will be better in the future.

The staff was nice which was the only positive thing about the location. The rooms were outdated and not well kept. There were many broken items including the blinds. The tub was noticeably dirty and the floors had stains. There was also a noticeable smell of animals, and while I understand it is a pet friendly hotel, it needs to be better cleaned.

I liked the fact it was near a shopping area and plenty of parking spaces, what I didn't like was several people walking up an down the hallways at night slamming doors and making noise. Will I go there again, maybe not

First room the TV did not work and several lights were not working. They did move us way down the hall and the counter help did check several lights and the TV. 2 out of 3 lights did not work and when we turned on the TV later the sound would only go up very little. You couldn't hear the TV with the airconditioner. Will make sure to never stay there again.

Litter filled parking lot, with limited number of parking spaces, big trucks filled several spaces. Front desk reeked with the smell of cigarette smoke. The attendant has a communication issue. Room 319, carpets filthy, multiply stains. Stains on duvet cover, looked like streaks of possibly blood. Sink with 2major cracks and drain are nasty. Bottom of bath tub was stained with a dark substance. The last straw……. Elevator not working on departure day. I have several photo I’ll include with summery

The staff was friendly. But the continental breakfast was definitely lacking, and I think the orange juice was water down. And for some reason, our window was painted out white, which should have been told to us or we should’ve been given a discount for.

In the first room the heating/cooling system was inoperable. Many of the electrical outlets were useless. The carpets were not clean. The bedside clock would not work. We were moved to a different room. The heater/cooler did work in that room, however the other problems were no better. Will not stay at another La Quinta.

This the worst LaQuinta we have stayed in. My first clue as to how this stay would go is when we were given a room (135) on 1st floor with a view of a wood fence ( asked if they had a room on 3rd floor). The stains on the carpet, the bed looking as though it had been slept in, stains on the pillow cases (called front desk to send cleaner looking pillow cases), internet not working (called & went to front desk to inquire why not working), T.v. remote not working (went to front desk again for another remote), tissue holder in bathroom was broke, all these issues & others made this trip very challenging & uncomfortable. Upon returning to our room from a day of activities, person at the front desk stared at us as we walked to our room, continued to stare as we tried use our key card to get into the room, which did not work, as the man continued to stare, my husband approached him telling him about the room key card not working. Later, 2 employees, a male & female, knocked on our door asking, what we thought was, if we were checking out (yeah..the next day). They didn't speak English so we couldn't really understand what they were saying. So to sum it up, the view from room, the dirty looking linen on bed (fitted & flat sheet & pillow cases), broken bathroom fixtures, being locked out of our room, and being watched as if we were not guest there. All this contributed to a very uncomfortable stay. Would NOT stay here again.

First room smelled so bad of old smoke that you couldn’t breathe. They changed us to a better room but someone was running up and down the hallway for hours. Pool was out of order also. That’s why we were staying there was for the pool.
