What I liked: friendly and prompt staff, lots of parking nearby. What was so-so…I received a 4th floor room, which was clean and big, but not exceptional. I had to locate the coffee maker on a shelf, a relief when I finally located it. It was acceptable and comfortable though for a one-night quick stay I booked for road travel The hotel is on a road behind the major roads, so safe enough but follow your gps instructions to find it. It’s not hard to find. What I did not like: I had to fool around with the TV remote to figure out their Direct TV system which does not seem to have a rolling guide like other hotels. Everything was a re-run and local news was hard to locate with the search function.

Food for breakfast was awful, only 1 elevator working and slow and smelly. In room some dirt. Only good thing was checkin was fast and friendly.

Convenient off I95 beautiful Christmas tree. Very professional, warm & friendly from desk host Brenden . Courteous staff around the floors. Clean comfortable roomy suite!

The room was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. A hint for the
gentleman checking us in, he needs to put on a smile. He was very somber. He was very polite though.

It wasn’t very clean, someone bled on the floor and broke tiles in the elevator. The staff was exceptional

Staff just didn’t seem friendly. No one greets anyone and saw a few frustrated customers arguing with staff.
