"The customer service at this hotel was hands down the best I have ever experienced (and I travel a lot!). The staff and manager went above and beyond to help me with issues I had with my credit card. Everyone was extremely friendly. The breakfast was great and they have coffee available all the time! The location was perfect! We could easily walk to everything. They have a concierge there to help with any travel needs. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We had friends that paid much more money for their hotel but ended up liking ours better because of the heated pool. Highly recommend!!! "

"The hotel succeeded in providing a good balance between old world charm and the modern living. The room, though small, was tasteful decorated. The bed was comfortable. Included in the fee was breakfast for two at the adjoining restaurant, and it was delicious. A high point was the wine and cheese social at 5:30 in the sitting area. One night featured a guitar player and the next night featured a trivia game. The hotel is situated in a very walkable area, with shopping and dining available. We walked to the river from there. The Marshall House is a great place from which to see some of Savannah."
