The room was dirty, the property is dirty, the area is noisy. We did not enjoy the stay at all. If you can afford a better hotel, you should stay elsewhere.

Not enough breakfast .example. Saturday not bread at 7 am and today only regular toast counted amount. Yesterday waiting for front desk personal more than 39 min a lady came from the back to help us not enough employees to help customers

The rooms had a very bad smell and the cleaning was terrible, the bathroom floor was clogged. The toilet bowl detached from the floor.
The entire hotel looked very dirty and run down. Only one elevator and the suitcase cart broken in front of the elevator, but in a really deplorable state.
The stairs are very dirty, and the trash cans are full and unemptied in the hall.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room and bathroom were dirty. Not properly cleaned, everythi g broken, the toilet was loose, the bathroom courtain was broken, the room was smelly. There was a chicken bone behind the bed.
The peoperty is fully open to the street and the stairs and outside hallways were all dirty, full of water with people all around it and in front of your room, and it smelled like pee all the time.

This is a struggling property with some exceptional staff trying to keep it going! Bridget was a star & made our stay special. The rooms are clean and lovely. The rest of the property needs work. The location is fabulous - walk to the river & a 100 restaurants in a minute. But it is more motel than hotel and parking - even at $33! - is limited. Breakfast was lovely despite one staffer raging at guests throughout the morning. A work in progress. Would I stay here again? No. Did I love some of the staff & did they make my stay in Savannah forever memorable? Yes.
