Property had construction work crews on site at 0800 on weekend. Crews were working on flower beds outside of room, pouring gravel and shoveling it on sidewalks.

The area was a little dirty on the outside the rooms were nice but still were kind of messy there were a couple bugs but nothing serious overall average experience would I book again? No. But if it was a last resort I would

The owner was so rude and they kicked me out because of family that wasnt even with me. Im 35yo female alone and didnt have anything to do with them. They record and threaten trying to intimidate people. Also make people wait across the street for a ride in the cold with all belongings. Worst experience ive ever had and would highly urge you to stay anywhere but baymont midtown savannah!

The reason for 1 star is because I'm still waiting for the refund of the mandatory $50 deposit you make guests pay for your non smoking policy. However, my entire floor smelled like weed and the AC / Heat unit was super loud.

My room was dirty, had dust everywhere, hair's in the bathroom, dirty mirror, and a lot of dust on the furniture. The only clean thing was the bed sheets.
