"Positives - pleasant location. Room fine. Clean and tidy. Negatives- not as advertised. No bar, deli, swimming pool, garden, tables and chairs, or atmosphere. We discovered on arrival most facilities were closed because of change of ownership. So if you plan to stay soon, be warned…currently not what it says on the tin! A 5 mile drive for something to eat in the evening was the last thing we expected. "

"bit tricky to find, but had done my research beforehand. gated access, so arrive on schedule, very helpful host who relocated me into a ground floor room with my hip issues, but no wifi in the annex.
