We arrived after booking on Expedia and the hotel seemed completely unaware of the booking. We got told to sit down with no explanation and waited half an hour for them to show us our room.
There were no towels in the room and they were not happy we asked for some, took them at least an hour to bring.
Overall the property was fine, nice pool that was cleaned extensively each day, rooms are fine but a little noisy, no atmosphere at all - it seems like a business hotel there were 2 big groups of business man there when we were there.
Staff were majorly unhelpful apart from the guy cleaning the pool.
Would suggest staying somewhere close to town or the river (on the other side of the road).

Great place to stay
Posted 29 May 2018 on HotelsI would highly recommend this place as the property is beautiful and the pool is very nice. The room was very run down with old and tattered furniture. I would have a hard time coming back with my wife but for three men it was great. The staff are very nice.

Great resort with pool in jungle setting
Posted 9 Apr 2018 on EbookersHad a relaxing time at the resort, enjoyed the pool, wonderful staff who were very helpful and as a bird watching geek, the birds flying through the greenery were exquisite. Would love to stay here again. Just one note; no mosquito nets provided so make sure you bring your own!

Tired Rooms, Staff Were The Hotel's Saving Grace
Posted 8 Mar 2017 on HotelsStayed here for 4 nights, the hotel arranged to pick us up complimentary from the bus station.
We got to the hotel in minutes.
Staff show us to a room which looked nothing like the photo on the booking site, it was desperately in need of a paint and felt dirty. Mentioning this to staff they identified the photo as a cottage room and were more than happy to move us but explained that these rooms had hard beds instead of mattresses. We opted for this, it was a dark wood paneled wall which hid the dirt!
We accepted that this must be the standard of hotel in Chitwan, but to describe it on their website and booking sites as 'luxurious' is stretching the truth.
The room aside, the gardens were beautiful and there is a large non-heated pool in the grounds.
Staff were the hotel's saving grace, everyone was so lovely, friendly and helpful.
We booked a full day jeep safari and the duty mgr was also our guide. His knowledge was never ending and his eyesight and spotting skills amazed us time after time.
The restaurant has a choice of Indian, Chinese and pasta dishes, the curries were excellent. Breakfast was often busy to to coach tours.
The location of the hotel was perfect, away from the bustle of the tourist strip but close enough to walk.
The main disappointment with jungle world was the room cleaning. In the 5 days we stayed, our room was not serviced once... Despite us requesting it. We were left with dirty sheets, towels and an over flowing bin.

Ładny basen, dużo zieleni wokół
Posted 1 Nov 2019 on Hotelshotel położony blisko restauracji, agencji turystycznych. Dużo ładnie utrzymanej zieleni. Basen dużych rozmiarów, czysta woda. Bezpłatne wi-fi. Śniadania nienajlepsze ale da się przeżyć. Pokoje średnich rozmiarów. W niektórych brak ciepłej wody.
Niestety, o papier toaletowy, czyste i suche ręczniki trzeba samemu zabiegać.
Personel pomocny. Jak na warunki w Nepalu to dobry hotel za nieduże pieniądze.
