Customer service is first class with nothing being too much trouble for the helpful staff, most of whom speak very good English

This hotel was an overnight stay only but would reccomend for a longer stay in Saumur

Posted 20 Jun 2024 on HotelsI wish I booked this place for more than one night. Clean and cozy room with supportive and kind staff. The only challenge was parking as you need to book your spot beforehand or at least as soon as you arrive.

One night, great stay
Posted 19 Jun 2024 on HotelsOne night stay enroute. Very pleasant. Excellent location and front of house staff. Bernie served us, very helpful. We paid for the secure parking immediately behind the hotel which was great as we had several luggage’s.
Would highly recommend and will stay again.

Great Location in Samur.
Posted 23 May 2024 on HotelsHôtel was in an excellent location with walking to all sites in old quarter. Parking available at hotel for 10 euros / night. Room was small but clean and very quiet as we like to sleep with window open. Breakfast was available for 13 euros. This is a 3 star hotel at best.
