The area looks a bit scruffy and the cabins need a good sprucing up. Cleanliness could be improved and the kitchen dishes, cutlery, utensils are minimal. Light bulbs missing; generally a tired, rough around the edges feel to the place.

Currently waiting for my refund to be processed as the room was not properly cleaned. There was dirt in the bed and stains on comforter.

We are very sorry that your cottage was not upto your standards. However, we have refunded you right way when you told us you don't wanna stay at Glenview and we have provided you the receipt as well.Also, It takes 5 to 7 business days to reflect onto your bank account.

Property was nice, cottages were clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Would definitely recommend.
