The area looks a bit scruffy and the cabins need a good sprucing up. Cleanliness could be improved and the kitchen dishes, cutlery, utensils are minimal. Light bulbs missing; generally a tired, rough around the edges feel to the place.

Had an enjoyable Easter weekend visiting family.Only 10 minutes from town. Nice that we could have our German Shepherd with us, have trails to take him for a walk, have a place to bring Grama from LTC for soup and sandwich to "our house". Having a Fridge and stove was a bonus. Made food prepping for Easter potlucks convenient. We will definitely stay there again.

Great quiet space with nature surrounding it but still close to town. We had all the amenities we needed. Only down side was the hot tub was Luke warm. Had a great stay regardless and would definitely recommend for those who have pets.

The beds were definitely needing replacing. They were hard and mi e was dipped in so my leg fell asleep. Can see water dmg inplaces and mold starting. The hot tub doesnt look like it gets cleaned or shocked or chlorine put in it, you can see other ppls skin cells floating around gross its getting on you skin so had to shower right away. They didnt tell us hot tub and sauna closes at 8pm and kicked us out. Cabin was clean.

Nice little cabins perfect for our needs. We had a dog with a vet appt and a training course to attend in SSM. Worked out great. Don’t expect a 4 star hotel but the mattresses and pillows and sheets were surprisingly comfy. Heat system worked fine.

I lived in SSM for 2 1/2 years and I’ve only seen these cute little cottages when driving north from town, now that I moved away I finally had the opportunity to stay at Glenview. These cottages, at least the one myself and my partner stayed in - were extremely clean, and very cozy. It had a full kitchen, queen bed, hot water on demand, as well as a dining room and lounge area with a TV. No cleanliness concerns, everything was great about our stay.

Old cottage near Sault Saint Marie.
The location is not bad and surround are good. But room condition is not so good. Some equipment is too rusty and some places are not clean. I felt room should be upgraded within short period. The staffs are very kind and useful to introduce the city.

I enjoyed staying at Glencore Cottages. I am starting to not enjoy the expense, the noise and the confinement of hotels and this was an entire cottage. Will stay there again

Furnishings worn and stained. Bed was a double not a queen. Cottage next door took our parking space. Quiet at night however property near a gun range. Nice trail and pond in back of property, however water very low at this time. No walkable food options.
