Room was clean and quite. We were here 2 months ago and is why we chose it again but this time not the same. Hot tub not working, indoor pool this time was like doing polar bear dip and breakfast nothing more than continental. Last time there were eggs, sausage, bacon. Staff apologetic.

Upon check in everything was ok. Left to go work and came back to bed and power was out and no time frame to get it back so we left and drove the 4 hours home.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but as your husband Frank is aware the whole town of Saugeen Shores was without power that evening, it turned into 2.5 hours for everyone. This was out of the hotel's control. We apologize again to your husband and son.

There is something on the carpet between the beds but everything else looks fine. Looks like instant coffee (I hope) rubbed into the carpet. The room is spacious and comfortable.
