Upon check in, the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I did not feel welcomed, when I got to my room it was outdated, worn down and there was a musty smell in the room. The sink and bathroom had molding all around and I complained but I was told there was no other option. The sink started to leak the next morning and the ac had a noise coming out of it, making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was cold, waffles were hard and the coffee was bitter. I would not recommend staying here even if it was less than $100/night.

We enjoyed our staff. Our room had a leak ac unite and fire alarm went off in the med of th night.

You can't call yourself a 5 star just because your lobby is very nice and prices are high. Maybe others had different rooms but ours was a 2 star at best. Very dated and dirty... wallpaper and paint peeling, gaps in between walls and molding. Shower soaked the ceiling to the point it wasn't usable. No option to attach photos in this review as i have them. I will say, staff was 5 star... friendly, kind and generally nice.

Very comfortable bed, good variety of foods at breakfast, very helpful and friendly staff, clean and relaxing pool, spacious gym with a variety of equipment. Great location with close proximity to the BTS train.

Very nice hotel in Bangkok. About 45 mns from the Airport. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Beautiful roof top. Very good complimentary breakfast. Tour desk. Nice area. Spacious room. Their TV was a little complicated to use. I stayed in a king/ premium room.
