The housekeeping team at Ascott is superb. Our room was in great condition when we first checked in, and the daily housekeeper assigned to our room (Premier Suite) didn't miss anything during our 4 night stay. We appreciated the cleanliness of every equipment and cutlery within the kitchen cupboards.
We are also grateful for the generosity of all the extra amenities we asked for.
Probably the best hotel/residence I've ever stayed at in Bangkok. Please keep up the good work!
The only negative comment I have is the location of this building in Southern Sathorn rd, where the 2-way traffic is beyond ridiculous at all hours of the day.

Although I booked a none smoking room the room smelled strongly of smoke.

The staffs is wonderful and super friendly. I had to book extra night so I can have a 10 pm check out because of my departure flight.
The night duty manager was super accommodating by extending my current rate rather than the going rate.
