Room was ok, clean and bed was comfortable, but unfortunately air conditioning wasn’t working for 5 hours when it was most needed (outside temperature 30*C) between noon and 5pm. Wi-fi connection was very bad (basically impossible to open the page) ... they said connection has problem with certain type of device (iPhone)... in the bathroom, there is no bath curtain so the floor was always flooded after shower...it needs lots of improvement for a 4star hotel.

Terrible Italian style
Posted 18 Jun 2017 on HotelsItalian style means that they don't care, to put it nicely. Only good thing I can say about this place is that the cleaning ladies were competent and nice. For the rest of it everything was awful. Very noisy air conditioning, terrible Internet -wifi was out for most of the time or connection so weak that got lost every other minute-, the safe in the room was locked, broken, and useless... They don't give you the messages left for your room, they don't even speak other language but Italian... The hotel rooms are like 80s style and look really tacky and outdated too. There is no way that this place can be a 4 stars hotel, 2-3 at the most!

Dear Joaquin,
We are sorry you had trouble with our services. We updated the wi-fi structure 3 months ago, probably something didn't work properly. As for the other issues we are sorry haven't been able to solve it immediately.
