Chair was broken. I told them. Instead of changing out the chair they sent someone to check if I wanted the chair out when I wasn’t there. So because I didn’t tell them to switch armchair out they left it as is. Secondly I go to open the rideable and there were chips and crumbs on the lumpy springy bed. I called down nothing they could do because housekeeping only gets there at 8am. So next day I figured they change the bedding on it but nope.

Stayed there 3 nights and my room was not cleaned once. I asked the front desk on the 2nd night if it can get cleaned and they still didn’t clean it. Ran out of towels and toilet paper
