"Familiengeführtes Hotel in ordentlicher Lage. Zu Fuß sind es gute 5 Min. zur Spinale Bahn, aber es fährt auch ein Shuttle (mit sehr freundlichem Fahrer) die Gäste, wenn man nicht laufen mag. "this was an amazing property. Each and everyone of the staff was fantastic from the bellman who helped w our luggage and car when we arrived a bit frazzled, to the front desk personnel who helped w a prompt check in and who answered our question daily about where to dine and so forth. Savy and Sergio at the bar were so kind and fun! We will return next year for sure! "

"We chose the hotel for its Austrian Background, history and perfect location. Even though the lobby is quite nice, the overall experience leaves much to desire. "We booked this property over others in the area because it advertised hot tub and sauna. When we arrived after a long drive from Livigno we were surprised to hear we couldn’t use it at all. Not only was it an extra $15 euro pp, they said it was fully booked. Our room was very noisy and didn’t get much sleep as we could hear our neighbours TV all night. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good but the hotel was not what we thought we signed up for. "

"A snowy winter wonderland! This hotel exceeded all our expectations—the room, restaurant, and spa were all great. However, the best part hands down was the staff! Every person was so welcoming, friendly, and professional and made us feel like we had been coming there for years. It’s a fun spot for families, but amidst the kids and activities we still had a lovely romantic visit because of the extra special touches that were made for us(Grazie Sergio!)"

"Beautiful surroundings, a nice swimming pool and a well equipped kitchenette. The bedroom is meagerly designed as narrow space and is totally uncomfortable if you are a big person. The stuff is not very helpful, the facilities are really basic - no proper bar or lobby - and the hotel regards guests as a cash machine"

"We came to the hotel and checked in, found out that our room is in lower floor(same room as we ordered), And the hotel has BEAUTIFUL view, so my asked for an upper level floor, and they agrred to upgrade us for FREE! Everything was great, the staff the total stay. RECOMMENDED!!!"

Great stay in Bolzano

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. There was enough space in both rooms for all of our luggage and for us to congregate (have a wine and snacks) all together. The bathrooms were also really spacious and clean. Tho r surrounding area was full of shops, restaurants and there was a supermarket one or two shops down from the hotel. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central base in Bolzano. "

"For an older property, it was well maintained. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. A big shoutout to Shaby, who is the epitome of service. He had great suggestions for places to visit and also made you feel very special. The hotel is convenient to everything. I will definitely stay there again. "

"Our stay at Adler Lodge Ritten was nothing short of magical. The lodge is incredibly beautiful, with breathtaking views of the Dolomites that set the perfect backdrop for a peaceful escape. We felt utterly relaxed during our time here, especially with the luxurious sauna in our bedroom and the serene saltwater pool. Each day was an adventure, with fantastic hiking trails in the surrounding area. The food was a highlight of our stay—absolutely delicious, featuring local delicacies that we couldn’t get enough of. We have to give a special mention to our server, Alex, who made every meal an experience. His knowledge of the cuisine and local wines was remarkable, and thanks to him, we discovered our new favorite amaro! His friendly personality added so much to our dining experience. We also want to recognize Rudie at the bar/lounge downstairs. He was incredibly welcoming and made us feel so well taken care of during our time there. His drink suggestions were spot-on, and his warm demeanor made the lounge one of our favorite places to unwind. Adler Lodge Ritten exceeded all our expectations, offering stunning scenery, excellent food, and an amazing staff who made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return!"
