"Wi-fi is not capable of supporting all the rooms. It is not usable at all. Air conditioner is tampered with and provides only slightly cool air at its lowest setting, that's not enough to cool down 33degC room. There is a mosque right across. Get ready to be woken up at 4.30am every day."

"This place is a gem! Göcek can be a bit pricey but this is great value for money. Lovely pool surrounded by fruit trees. Apartments are clean and you get an extra room with kitchenette as well as bedroom and bathroom. Staff incredibly welcoming - even let me borrow the guitar! In a quiet location. Just a great place to chill out"

"Hi We had a lovely time at the Gurkan apart hotel , it is close to town , the apartment was lovely and bright with everything you needed the washing machine very handy, the family were lovely and papa can pick you up from the airport for a very good price, would definitely stay again we enjoyed our stay very much "

"I really enjoyed my time at Ilkim. The apartment size was decent, and had three small balconies. The staff were super friendly although they spoke little English we were able to communicate via google translate. The bed was super comfy and our apartment was kept cool even though it was 30degrees outside. We stayed for nearly two weeks and only had our apartment serviced once so I’d say that is probably my only negative review. Location was perfect - close to the main streets, buses, and grocery...

"Very friendly, helpful staff, good, spacious room balcony, good size fridge, walk in shower with hot water at all times. Great, shady garden ideal for Turkish temperatures! Quiet property, not crowded. Great free breakfast, with daily varieties of hot food, and free water. 3 minute stroll to dolmus into Fethiye, 10 minutes to town. Good people watching on marina. "

"Well from the moment we arrived and were met by Mehmet( the owners brother) the WOW factor was there! A lovely family owned/run Apartment just 10 min walk from the centre of Dalyan. The Apartment block is very new,clean and all modern. Facilities were all top rated, cooker big fridge freezer and even a dishwasher! The cutlery all clean and sparkling( excellent housekeeping!) "My second time here, the territory is large enough to have some quiet time away from other guests, the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The app allows to book various activities, good variety of fitness classes, one of the best Turkish food offering with lots of fruit, veg & local produce, some attempts at sustainability (water cooler next to fridges with water bottles, compost and their own plants nursery I think). It’s funny going to a Turkish all inclusive hotel for some quiet time, but it’s possible to get the quiet(er) room away from entertainment. Staff is welcoming, helpful & patient. Fitness instructors are fun and engaging. Hotel manager is always around and approachable. Top tip: ask to show you on the map where your room is in relation to the bars/music, the further the better "

"I loved how this hotel strikes a balance between local culture and tourist amenities. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. The breakfast spread was impressive; Mediterranean style with yogurt, honey, bread, cheeses, olives, tomatoes, Turkish coffee etc. The grounds are a great place to unwind after travels with lots of nooks and communal spaces. "
