Poor customer service. They will tell you to contact them ahead of time if there’s any changes you wanna do on your booked reservation. But for them it’s okay to contact you on the day of your check in that they made changes and you have to moved to different hotel due to overbooking.

Room was great, staff was nice, breakfast selections were awesome.

Only issue that we had was with cots because our children consist of a teenage boy, teenage girl, and 2 young girls so we needed 2 cots to sleep them apart but only had one available. We did not get bedding with the cot and had to go down to the lobby to ask for bedding as our phone had no cord to the wall. When the bedding was brought up we werent informed and didnt notice it was outside of our door until we had called for bedding again once a cord was brought to the room so that we could use the phone. We noticed a bag of bedding when recieving second requested bedding way later while we waited to be able to set up our bed on the couch
