The TV in the room needs to be updated. The elevators need to be updated. I got stuck twice and the display inside the elevator was not functioning.

직원들은 대체적으로 친절하나 청소상태가 불량합니다. 도착했을때 세면대가 막혀있어서 관리자를 불러 뚫어보니 검은색 찌꺼기가 많이 올라왔습니다. 청소한 이후 바닥에도 검은색 찌꺼기가 많이 붙어 있어서 불쾌했습니다.

Pool staff were great. Buffet was excellent with lots of food choices. It was nice not to have reservations for specialty restaurants.

Property was ok, dated but ok.
Staff and service was very good. They were helpful when my kid had accident in the night.
Dinning options were there but the food was very bad in all of them. My kid survived on ice-cream and french fries the entire 4 days stay as some food he eat there didn't sit well and it was the case with few more kids in our group.

I have stayed at Riu Guanacaste twice now and my wife and I have had a wonderful relaxing vacation. All the employees were there to assist me if I needed anything and were completely helpful. I would go there again in a heartbeat.

This hotel needs a major renovation. There’s mold everywhere in the spa, workout room and some areas around the property. The food and beverage stuff are super nice. Bellman stuff need to be more helpful and help the customers with their luggage’s instead of standing around.

Most of the areas is poor service personal on RIU palace guanacaste trade you for you color not like a customer when you pay all service incluide I spect so much more for this hotel
