Ad on Orbitz website, they say ALL INCLUSIVE,BREAKFAST INCLUDED. THIS IS NOT TRUE,THEY EVEN WALK AROUND WITH HOTEL SHIRT THAT SAYS ALL INCLUSIVE

They couldn't find our reservation at first. Check in was hard. The receptionist is such an arrogant person. The pool was clean but it had way too much bleach. I wouldn't visit again.

Check in was a joke. Very frustrating I was charged extra $120 usd for ac No towels. No privacy I checked out12 early even though prepaid with no refund

no me recibieron en el hotel porque no estabamos dentro de su lista de reservas, y tampoco nos hicieron la devolucion del dinero que se habia cobrado previamente

No habia espacio me cancelaron la reservacion. Necesito que me reitegren el di ero que me cobraron por la reservacion. La gente del hotel dice que no es problema de ellos que la aplicación de Expidi me tiene que reenbolsar el dinero . Necesitouna solucion pronta.

Cuando llegué no reservación que ya estaba paga no existía, nadie sabía nada, ni siquiera sabían lo que era la página de hoteles.com. En lugar de dos cuartos me terminaron dando un solo cuarto para 7 personas. Pero Ni en hotel ni en esta página me dieron razón de por qué mi reservación que estaba paga no aparecía. Además el cuarto, limpieza y camas eran terribles. Agradecería saber cómo puedo recuperar el dinero de por lo menos el segundo cuarto que pagué y nunca me dieron
