Luego cuando llegue fue recepcionada por un chico y una chica muy simpáticos, el me explicó como funcionaba, me dado indicaciones de donde comer, visitar y también que autobúses cojer. "Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. "The hotel has an older charm but is absolutely up-to-date with amenities and style. It is spotlessly clean everywhere. All staff in every area are knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and very friendly. The only surprise we found was the extra charge to use the rooftop pool area and a bed charge for the wellness pool area. This did not spoil our stay, however. We stayed half board and the food in the restaurant was fabulous. A great choice, well cooked and beautifully presented. The staff in this restaurant were particularly friendly and accommodating (I am ceoliac, so have to be careful). Breakfast choice is vast and I was so pleased to see extra items for gluten free guests. We really did have a lovely time and would most certainly return to the Santa Catalina!"

Perfect hotel by San Telmo Bus station

"Just the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Las Palmas. Next to San Telmo bus station, easy walking distance to the historical old city, the shops and fabulous restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet considering the main road is nearby. Coffee shop on site with good coffee. Would highly recommended and will definitely come back when we are next in Las Palmas. "
