Every employee we encountered during our stay was so pleasant. The front desk was so welcoming and kind. The employee working the free breakfast in the morning was so helpful and nice. She constantly refilled in the little time we were there and always smiled at us when we made eye contact. I wish every hotel we visited had such a friendly atmosphere!

Very disappointed with the price we paid for three night stay. Front desk not very friendly. Shower very small, whoever designed the shower did a horrible job. You couldn't even turn around in the shower, very tight space. Felt like this hotel was designed for construction workers. Carpet dirty, mattress not comfortable. We will never stay at this hotel again. Every morning at 4 AM we got awaken by laundry machines and water running through pipes. Very bad smell on the second floor, smelled onions, not sure where was coming from.

Mr. Hoxha,We appreciate your review. We are concerned about your complaints and take them very seriously. You had our largest room which is a King Suite with a Jacuzzi. I apologize if you found the shower stall too small. I know that we disappointed you, but in the future, where ever you decide to stay, if you are unhappy, please alert the hotel immediately. In many cases, the hotel can act quickly to rectify the problem.
