The staff was amazing, The owner was very helpful and took us on a tour of the whole hotel. The restaurant was great for breakfast. Also the rooms were spotless! Thanks for a great weekend.

It was a very nice room. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast option was very reasonable BUT the breakfast was not as good; they were understaffed and food was only okay.

Very quiet, beautiful views of the lake, super clean ,customer service friendly ,excellent dinning restaurant and a delicious breakfast which was included at no extra charge.

Love the pool and and hot tub. Perfect for after the cold nights in the Saranac Civic Center watching my boy play for the Paul Smiths mens hockey team .
