Fine for a business stay however the free breakfast was horrible so not a selling point. Egg items were dry and crusty in the first day, no utensils, no yogurt the second day,

Not happy this time
Posted 14 Jun 2023 on HotelsPreviously very satisfied. This stay not so much. We were consistently told that the location was understaffed. Our refrigerator didn’t work and some of our groceries spoiled. By the third day, we finally got another refrigerator in the room. There was not enough towels. We washed our own towels and reused them. I think most of all the morning that we were checking out there was a staff meeting going on and I heard the supervisor tell the staff in attendance, please make sure that everything that they need is readily available because we don’t want to lose the contract with this company. Wowww!!!!! I will never be back to this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is great.
