Honestly it was a nice place to stay, but they can really put some more effort keeping that place clean, to many spider webs and other bugs around and in the lobby, plus some dusting of wouldn't hurt too...

This is not 4 star hotel , it's not worth what I paid for, there is only fancy entrance, rest is run down old property ,luck of maintenance, understaffed (employees are amazing)
Conclusion
False advertising hotel should be 2 🌟

Very very bad l was planing for more Knight put I couldn't stay . The Hotel and the physiotherapy Very bad the staff Very rude and careless

The bathrooms need to be updated as the tubs are too deep and the smaller rooms shower bed is too flimsy
Also, the faucet was spraying all over the place instead in the sink
TV was way too small for the room
Overall, I was not too happy as my room was downgraded to accommodate my dad’s limited ability to move and use the bathroom in the bigger room (hence deep tub) and was given a smaller room with no money back
I will not stay here again

Love the staff! Everyone was professional, welcoming and helpful.
Hotel is old, tired, smells and feels like hospital.
