Extremely convenient location with direct access to the underground walkway and shops. Susukino district is only a couple of blocks away with some amazing eateries. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful in holding our luggage for a couple of days as we did some out of town trips here and there.

I'm a fan of Japanese spa and there was a good one not too far from this hotel, literally in the heart of the city with all shops and restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. There's a mega Don Quijote shop literally opposite the hotel which is a bonus, as well as a Doutor (very nice coffee shop) literally downstairs.
The room was excellent and the cleanest I've experienced in Japan, which has high cleaning standards.
The Knot was perfect, I'll remember for next time I visit Sapporo, since I loved it.

Nice location. But the rooms had no phone. Luggage rack, or paper and pen. Interesting. It was nice to be in The middle of the city.

Very walkable with lots of food options. Right on the underground passages. Our only complaint was the carpet needed cleaned as it had stains.

We stayed 5 nights. Breakfast was the same every day, prefer more variety. Food was delicious. Recommend coffee/tea availability only as an option. The location was ideal for day trips pickups.
