Staff was very accommodating- my mom needed extra pillows
Rooms very clean, beds firm, breakfast had the same 4 options every day but they were tasty

The hotel was good, the room was clean and big enough. There wasn't a bathtub, but the shower was fine by me. The setup was not a single enclosed bathroom with sink and toilet, those were all separate from the each other and the shower.
Location was strange. It's about 10-12 min walk south of the Sapporo JR Station. And there's nothing really around it. The entrance would have been hard to find if I had walked from east to west, it was odd how it was somewhat hidden. The hotel is a short walk from the Sapporo Subway (the blue line). It was the best price for the area at the time, but I might try other spots next time I visit Sapporo if they are closer to the station or to dining and grocery options.
