Right in the heart of the Susukino area. Very close 3-5 walk to the JR station. The room is standard Japanese size. The walls can be a cleaner though. There is a public bath on the lobby floor for those who are interested.

It was a small room, but tidy and equipped with enough (or more than enough) items that makes your stay more comfortable. (e.g slippers, tooth brush, fridge, Japanese style PJ, iron board, etc.)

It's in Susukino, but remember you're in Susukino.

I chose this hotel so I would be close to the Susukino site of the Sapporo Snow Festival. Susukino is great; it's in the center of town so you're close to subway stations, restaurants, convenience stores, Round 1, Don Quijote, and the Odori site of the snow festival. However, being Sapporo's nightlife and entertainment district, on my way back to this hotel every night I was often approached by people trying to coax me into their establishments or asking me if I'm "looking for something," if you get my drift. If that doesn't bother you (and you're not traveling with kids) then this location cannot be beat. The room was fairly spacious and comfy, and the breakfast buffet rotates its items every morning so no meal is dull. In addition, they kindly replenished my towels and toiletries every day, even when I put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. My only gripes would be that the Internet Center has a PC with extremely limited features and that the hotel didn't do much about the icy sidewalk in front of the building, so guests can often slip and fall on their bottoms. If the Sapporo Snow Festival is your main objective, try a hotel on or near Odori, but I would gladly stay here again outside of winter.

Great location. A solid mid-priced hotel.

The goods: 1000 yen parking right next to the hotel until 1 PM the next day. Good breakfast. The OKs: 300 yen for two pieces of luggage storage. Which is uncommon for many hotel. Room is typically small in Japan, this one is the same but sufficient. There is also Japan style hot tub on the 5th floor. Males and females have separate rooms.

the hotel with good cost-effectiveness

Posted 10 Feb 2019 on Hotels
First of all, it was very quiet around the hotel even if this hotel is located near the main street. The room was cozy like a common business hotel in Japan. Oh, they offer a different type of pajama everyday, it was really comfortable!! :) Free breakfast is based on the japanese homemade meal, and also prepared american breakfast such as breads, bacon, and scrambled egg. The composition of the food was not bad, but it was too salty to me 😭. In conclusion, the Hotel route inn is a hotel with good cost-effectiveness. I'll stay here if I visit to Sapporo again.
