Trial and error in terms of how to open the main door. I just wish the English instructions were more clear. Once I figured that out the property was excellent!

Basic but very clean. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay where we wanted to cook and wash clothes.
A clothes rack to dry clothes would be convenient. Good location, close to Susukino and Odori park. Should email check-in instructions as everything you’re informed of could be advised via email.

The only drawback was having to first go to another location to check in.
Fortunately we were able to easily procure a cab from the street to get from the checkin location to our accommodation. It was definitely small but clean and in a convenient location to the train and lots of restaurants.
