Hotel is clean but a little dated, breakfast was good. Location is excellent, close to train station, fish market and Sakaimachi shopping street.

The hotel was situated in a very convenient location, it is just opposite to the JR Otaru station and the Sankaku market is just next to the station. I have left a book at the hotel and the staff are very kind and efficient in helping to deliver it to my next hotel. I am very grateful to have stayed at this hotel and I will come back for sure!

Public bath is an outstanding amenity; great breakfast buffet; lots of little perks (coffee, ice cream, late-night ramen). Five-star value at three-star prices!
