Very nice, clean, near bus station, near ski resort (0.3 mile). Excellent onset. But the mattress is too firm, hurt my back.

Staff friendly. Dinner and breakfast were tasty. Close to ski field. But room is SO HOT. When we checked in we immediately turned off the heater. But hot air kept coming in from the vents. We opened our window all night to allow freezing air in to cool off. But did not sleep as we had to open and close window all night. We came for the onsen but didn’t use it because we didn’t want to get hot in the bath and then come back to hot room. No sleep. Sad stay. Not relaxing.

We loved the outdoor/indoor hot spring and sauna. The place was very clean and easy parking. My only complaint is the bed was very hard (we had a twin room). Otherwise a great place to stay!

This hotel really need update the room we stay are old smell and outdated we are kind of disappointed because we so look forward to this stay but everything are not reach standard The gym is hot old with not much machine the pool need pay additional to go in it was just 1 indoor pool nothing exciting so don’t understand why they charge more on it and when check out they charge hotel fee

The service is Amazing. The front desk manager is incredible. He even went so far as to call authorities when I didn’t come back from a backcountry expedition. They were ready to start the search if I hadn’t returned late that night. I am truly Grateful for his attention to detail because of the dangerous backcountry terrain.

Rooms need some updating, but the Onsen was amazing, especially outside when it was snowing. A little disappointed about the pool. I went to take my kids and they tried to charge me money. I already paid for the hotel and had to pay Onsen tax on arrival. Why should I have to pay for the pool that is part of the hotel. Overall it was a great experience and would stay again.

Good onsen hotel near Otaru city within 15 - 20 mins drive. Buffet breakfast with good selection of breakfast items. Room was spacious.
