Very nice condos. They were built several years ago but h@ve been totally renovated on the inside. Extremely nice!

Fairway Forest Resort
Posted 30 Jul 2024 on HotelsThings to note: The check-in office is 1.7 miles from the actual resort. The gym and some of the other amenities are not in the resort, but are across the street from the check-in office, so the photos listed are not necessarily from the resort grounds but across the street from the check-in at the community center (such as the gym/swimming pool/pretty bridge, etc). From where our room was in the resort, it was a 3.2 mile drive to the gym. You will also be charged a daily resort-use fee, whether you use the facilities or not. None of this is explained on the website, or on hotels.com.

Good morning, when reviewing Hotels.com the resort fee charge is disclosed under Mandatory fees "line 1". The property's recreational amenities are located 1.7 miles (2.7 km) from the resort entrance. Transportation is not provided. This is disclosed under Policies "9". Thank you for staying with us!
