"We spent the last few days of 2024 till the new year’s eve at this hotel. It was the best experience ever as a family. The kids enjoyed the pool, the food was excellent and the customers service was above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Thank you and please continue the great hospitality. "

"Staff are very nice"

"When we arrived all was well, then as we were relaxing we were approached by a staff member asking for money to play a game(bingo other games). We didn't pay the money or play the game and he never spoke to us the rest of our stay. Anytime outside, we witnessed staff asking patrons for cigarettes. The kitchen staff was friendly, however the same food was served everyday. The bar staff was friendly, but was told by one staff member ice coffee wasn't included in the all inclusive package we paid for. The cleaning staff came early every morning, making much noise, opening our door without permission as we were trying to sleep. There was no entertainment during the day unless the manager came to the location then the staff would put on music. The life guard only came out to get people out of the pool. No one brought out chairs or furniture cushions for guests. The evening entertainment was geared to those who paid extra privately to the staff or bought them drinks. The last day we had a late flight, paid an extra day to check out late and as soon as we brought our bags down to wait for our transportation they made us cut off our bracelets so that we couldn't drink or eat anything without paying more. Overall the hotel is a nice calm place, but needs management to step in and watch over staff, there are some staff that worked very hard others went to eat lunch and dinner while guests were being served. I don't recommended."

"Awesome property, beautiful, quiet and clean, away from the busyness of the city. If you want quiet, this is the place to be. You can walk to the beach or a few shops in about 10 minutes , but will need a taxi for anything in the city. Security assists with taxi service, very attentive. All inclusive has its perks but sometimes the food served is all over the place and sometimes doesn’t really go together, but it was good. All else fails or if you miss a meal, there is a bar that sometimes open to serve snacks and drinks. The pool is beautiful, the family room is also all inclusive: tv, entertainment, bar, lots of couches to have smaller gatherings, smoking allowed, and the bar staff are very attentive except 1. Cleaning staff counts everything, and will take your towels away before your wake or shower (they don’t replace with clean towels) and not always supply toilet paper, plan accordingly that you will not take a shower until later in the day and not sleep in. The AC was the best in all my stays in Tunisia, and the bed was super comfortable. The rooms are non-smoking. Otherwise, it was a great property. "

"All the staff were very friendly and super helpful! Front desk helped me arrange my transportation and provide recommendations and waiting staff was very friendly and good conversations. Restaurants were very good, enjoyed the beach bars, and room had everything I needed. Would absolutely stay again next time I come back."
